Step 1
Pick the gift
A shop card for any amount, or a certificate for a specific experience — a course, a raku firing, or a private lesson.
Step 2
Check out online
Purchases go through our online shop. You'll get a confirmation by email as soon as it's done.
Step 3
Give it
Print the certificate, forward the email, or pick it up at the studio and hand it over in person.
Step 4
They book it
Your recipient calls or emails the studio to choose a session that works for them, and we take it from there.
Good to Know Redeeming a gift card
Before you book — swipe
Use it in one go, or over time
Shop cards can be spent across visits until the balance runs out. Experience certificates cover that one session.
Waitlist still applies
A certificate holds value, not a seat. If the session they want is full, we'll add them to the waitlist and let them know as soon as a spot opens.
Same policy as any booking
Once a certificate is booked into a class or firing, our standard refund windows apply to that reservation.
