Member Sale 2021
We are thrilled to announce that we will be having our first studio sale as
“Green & Bisque Clayhouse” this coming December!
It will be a Member Sale, a Holiday Party, and our official Grand Opening Party.
It’s going to be a heckuva good time. You won’t want to miss it
Member registration begins on:
Saturday, September 11th at 12pm
Non-member registration begins on:
Saturday, September 18th at 12pm

Member Sale Dates:
Thursday, December 2nd:
Mandatory cleaning and set-up day begins at 10am. All vendors must participate in setting up for this event. All indoor vendors may begin setting up their tables once the studio clean-up is finished. Vendors with outdoor tables may begin setting up on Friday at 10am. Outdoor vendors may NOT set-up before 10am as there will be not be on-site security until Friday night.Friday, December 3rd:
Set-up during the day, Friends and Family dinner at night!
Outdoor vendors may begin setting up in the morning at 10am. All vendors must be done setting up by 5pm. Friends and family are welcome to join and get a sneak peek of the sale. This day is not advertised to the public. Dinner and wine will be provided.Saturday, December 4th:
Sale begins from 10am to 6pm.Sunday, December 5th
Last day of sale from 10am to 4pm.
All vendors will be responsible for packing up their tables as well as helping in putting the studio back together!
All vendors will be responsible for taking payments for every sale this year. We recommend Square! It’s free for everyone to use - they will even send you a card reader. Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal are also perfectly fine to use as well.
Please print and submit all transaction report(s) by Monday, December 13th.
GBC will receive a 20% cut from all sales from each vendor.
Checks must be submitted with the transaction report(s) by Monday, December 13th. Payments received after December 13th will be assessed a 50$ late fee per day. Any returned checks will result in a 50$ handling fee.
Vendors are responsible for their own table coverings and table displays as well as packaging (gift bags, tissue paper, etc). Please remember to make business cards! Stamps and stickers are a great and affordable way to customize and brand your packaging. We are happy to offer packaging design ideas or suggestions on where to purchase packaging material!

We will NOT be linking the registration for tables on this page. We wanted to include the various table options available for purchase to help you decide ahead of time on which tables you would like to reserve. We recommend having a few options as we anticipate these tables will sell out.
